Zara thrives in calm homes and builds strong bonds once she trusts her people. She takes a little while to warm up, but when she does, she’s deeply devoted and easy to love. Zara is house trained, does well indoors, and enjoys the company of a male dog companion. Secure fencing is a must, as she’ll need a safe place to roam and relax. Apartments and homes with livestock aren’t a fit for her circumstances, so her new home should have a yard. All adopters must provide a veterinary reference. Adoption includes ground transport help up to 1,000 miles if needed, depending on drivers. Born October 1, Zara’s a Libra—a sign known for loyalty and finding balance. Ready to fall in love?
