About Theo Tyler Tx
Theo is a young Anatolian Shepherd and Great Pyrenees mix with a thick, long coat touched with shades of fawn, apricot, and black. He’s clearly been through a lot before finding his way into foster care, but those days are long gone—what you get now is a genuinely happy, gentle giant who adores belly rubs, head scratches, and dinner time. He’s flourished in a foster home with multiple dogs and prefers the company of similar-sized females. Roughhousing in the yard is his style, but he settles quickly inside and has never once surfed the counters. Theo’s greeting is always a big tail wag and a sweet, low "awhooo," especially if you show up with treats. His treat-taking manners are as gentle as they come, and he’ll go cross-eyed with excitement for a piece of duck sausage. Fully housebroken and respectful indoors, he’s steadily learning the ropes on leash—and knows basic commands. Pair him with a securely fenced yard; an apartment won’t be a fit for this boy. He has tested positive for heartworms but remains lively, healthy-appearing, and on vet-supervised treatment with no activity restrictions. Theo is ready for someone who values a loyal, affectionate companion and can provide him the space and attention he deserves. He is in Alvin, TX and, as a Leo, he loves being the center of affection—expect plenty of good-natured charisma from this big, lovable guy. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
