Walter is wise. You can see it in those deep, searching eyes -- he's taking in every detail, filing it away, deciding on his own timeline what he thinks about life. He observes carefully before he engages, but when he's comfortable with his siblings, he plays with pure delight. Walter needs a quiet home, someone who won't rush him, and ideally a gentle feline companion. When Walter finally chooses you, you'll understand why you waited. All cats adopted through our rescue are age appropriately vaccinated including rabies & FVRCP/Feline Leukemia vaccines, dewormed & free of fleas, combo tested (negative unless otherwise noted), microchipped and spayed/neutered before adoptions are finalized. We are a registered, volunteer run 501c3 non-profit organization. We do have the ability to fly a cat or pair of kittens via Southwest's SWATT program to any location served by Southwest Airlines. It isn't free but has been a great way to transport animals in a timely manner.
