Louie is a gentle, sensitive soul who is looking for a quiet environment where he can continue to build his confidence. While he may be shy at first, he is a deeply affectionate dog who truly blossoms once he feels safe. He is currently in a foster home learning how to "just be a dog," and he is ready to find a permanent home that will offer him the patience and love he deserves. His favorite activities are chasing a tennis ball, sitting on the couch with his people, and trying to befriend the cats of the house. He is still working on house training. Animal is Fostered in: Kansasville, WI and able to go home on or after 4/25/26 He is scheduled for alteration on 4/21/26. If adopted prior to this date, adopter will sign an alteration contract and submit a $100 reimbursable deposit at the time of alteration. We ask that the deposit be in the form of a CHECK. Adopter will be expected to bring the animal to this surgery appointment on day, time and at location scheduled. If the adopter fails to bring to date of surgery, the deposit will NOT be refunded. All animals come from high kill shelters with poor access to resources. Once they arrive to our rescue they are quarantined for health purposes and spoiled in loving foster homes until their forever home is found!
