At just 4 months old, she's already mastered the art of snuggling and is currently studying “How to Be the Best Girl Ever 101.” After starting life outside, Phoebe has discovered the magic of indoor living: warm blankets, soft beds, and humans who give belly rubs. She's smart, eager to learn, and always up for whatever you're doing — whether that's a lap nap or a backyard adventure. Phoebe is ready to make one lucky family incredibly happy! All animals come from high kill shelters with poor access to resources. Once they arrive to our rescue they are quarantined for health purposes and spoiled in loving foster homes until their forever home is found!
