Trooper's name fits him perfectly. This little fighter has already overcome more in his short life than most pups ever will. At 3 weeks old, Trooper suffered a severe attack by his mother that left him with a serious wound across his head. When he came into our care, we rushed him for emergency medical treatment and honestly weren't sure he would make it through the first 24 hours. But Trooper had other plans! With the help of antibiotics, veterinary care, and lots of love, this brave little guy is making an incredible recovery. Now at 7 weeks old (as of 4/19/26), Trooper is thriving and showing everyone just how strong and resilient he is. Trooper is enjoying some well-deserved healing time while keeping an eye out for his forever home. He needs a home that will provide him safety, patience, and the unconditional love every dog deserves.
