MEET SCOOTER!♥️ Sadly, this boy was running the streets when he and his little friend were almost hit by a door dash driver!🚗 The driver found the owner of the scruffy dog and she said that the Chug mix was homeless for a long time and she no longer wanted Scruffy. He was "too much responsibility.
