**Puppies are NOT at the shelter. They are currently at our prison program and will need to be transported back for Meet & Greets.** Meet one of our resident tiny tornadoes. These pups were quite the surprise! Mom (pepperoni) came in as a stray looking like she was going to pop at any moment! She surpassed all of our guesses and ended up having 10 healthy, beautiful pups. 5 boys and 5 girls. She was an incredible mom but it's time for these pups to fly the coop! These pups are currently mastering the fine arts of shoe‑chewing, zoomies, and pretending not to understand house training. Expect boundless energy, questionable decisions, and enough cuteness to make you forgive every single one of them. If you’re ready for a little chaos and a lot of love, this puppy is your new best friend. Birth Date - 02/22/2026 Estimated Size - Mom was a Medium sized dog around 45lbs. Pups are generally great with other dogs, respectful kids and cats! **In Order to adopt an unspayed/unneutered dog from HSMC, You must live within an hour of the shelter. You will initially "Foster to Adopt" the dog and then the adoption will be finalized when they are brought back for their spay/neuter surgery. You will need to bring the dog back for vaccines and exams prior to their spay/neuter surgery** Our adoption fees vary, Shelter Dogs are $180, Prison Dogs are $250, Puppies are $300, and Popular Pure-Breeds are $400. The price includes: a Home Again Microchip, set of shots, de-worming, heartworm testing (if old enough), spay or neuter, and a 1 year rabies shot (if old enough). All dogs adopted must leave with a county license at an additional cost of $21. Adoption fees can be done using credit card or cash.
