About Ryder
Ryder is an 11-week-old Australian Shepherd and Australian Kelpie mix with soft, short fur in black, tan, and white shades. He came into rescue with his mother and seven siblings after being found in a cherry orchard. Ryder's still a pup and needs all the basics, including house and leash training, so an adopter with Aussie or herding breed experience is preferred. He's microchipped, flea-treated, dewormed, and scheduled to be neutered, with his vaccinations up to date. Ryder thrives on companionship—he wants to be part of the action and not left outside alone. Given his background, he’d do best with a family that can give him plenty of time, training, and affection. He gets along with other dogs and with kids. Ryder will grow into an active, medium-sized dog and needs a home ready for an energetic, smart companion. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
