About Quinnie
Quinnie is a large puppy whoās all legs, enthusiasm, and open-hearted wonder. Sheās living in foster care in Pueblo, CO, getting plenty of socialization with other animals, and she has already learned a few tricks such as sleeping soundly in her crate at night. Up-to-date on her vaccinations, Quinnie is a sweet, affectionate, playful presence. Her gentle spirit shines, but sheās still a true puppyāteething, exploring, and learning her boundaries. If itās within reach, sheās going to chew it, so sheāll thrive in a home thatās committed to guiding her and keeping her safe. She gets along well with dogs of all sizes and enjoys playdates, but her young energy can overwhelm those who donāt share her zest. Quinnie has also been around cats and is learning not to chase, so continued supervision and clear boundaries will help her succeed. She does fine around kids, but adult guidance is key to make sure she doesnāt treat small hands and feet like chew toys while sheās teething. Potty training is in progressāaccidents do happen. She walks well on a leash already. Because sheās a large-breed puppy, a dog-savvy home with a 6-foot fence is a must. She shouldnāt be left alone for long stretches, and her family needs to be really ready for the work (and rewards) of puppyhood. Quinnie isnāt yet spayed; applications are accepted now but wonāt be reviewed until thatās complete. Sheās got the makings of a wonderful companion for the right peopleāloving, playful, and ready to grow into her best self. Click apply to start the adoption process.
