Elvie is a gorgeous DMH tortoiseshell female born approximately 1/8/2026. Meet Elvie! Elvie is one of six kittens born to a community cat in a Garland apartment complex, and she’s grown into a sweet, playful girl. She has a longer coat than her sister, Nora. Soft and fuzzy with extra touches of vibrant orange make her especially eye-catching. She’s playful, curious, and full of kitten energy—whether she’s chasing the laser light, leaping after the “Da Bird” feather toy, or tunneling through her favorite play spaces. Cardboard boxes filled with tissue paper? Instant entertainment. After playtime, she enjoys perching at the top of the cat tree to watch the outside world or relaxing with a fish aquarium video on screen. Elvie uses her scratchers well, has a great appetite, and brings a fun, lively presence wherever she goes. Like her sister, she hasn’t yet been introduced to dogs or children, so a home that can give her a gentle introduction (if needed) would be ideal.
