About Lola

Female Chihuahua 1.5 years (estimated birthdate 09/19/2024) 13 pounds Spay/Microchipped Current on Shots Hi, I'm Lola! I'm a tiny little girl with a GENTLE soft, shy spirit! I can be a bit shy when I first meet new people, but I promise I'm trying my best--I've already come such a long way. Sometimes I make the cutest little squeaky whines when I want attention, and my whole body wiggles and shakes because I want love...I'm just still figuring out how to ask for it. Once I feel safe, I really, really want to be close to you. I think I'm going to be an AMAZING CUDDLE BUG with just a little patience. Lola is a small, shy and incredibly SWEET girl who is learning to trust the world around her. While she may be timid at first, she shows no signs of aggression--she does not bite when picked up, she's simply unsure and still building confidence with people. Thanks to a kind, caring gentleman Lola and her buddy Leo showed up at his home and have a second chance at life. They were roaming the prairie just avoiding being dinner for the coyotes. She has made wonderful progress and continues to blossom each day. Lola thrives with other dogs and would truly benefit from having a confident canine companion in her new home to help show her the ropes and make her feel secure. Her best friend Leo has been her comfort and while he must stay behind for medical care, Lola would love another pup to lean on. OR maybe just maybe when Leo gets finished with his treatment, he could join her! Lola is house trained and sleeps on her bed at night without accident or any destruction. She is also crate trained but know that she has only been in a crate with her buddy, Leo. She rides well in the car and is good with other dogs. Lola loves the 4 little boys next door but maybe because she is shy and gets nervous with a lot of noise and activity it would be best for her to live in a home with older children that's a bit quieter. She's has never experienced a leash before so that is a work in progress. Lola is still learning the world. Her favorite thing is zipping around with her friend Leo thru the leaves and grass. Lola is a special little girl who just needs someone willing to give her time, patience and love. In return, she'll become the most DEVOTED, LOYAL, snuggly companion you could ask for.
