Sweet Sandy is a beautiful adult yellow lab mix with so much love to give. Once she bonds with her person, she truly shines - she is affectionate and happiest curled up close for snuggles. She's the kind of dog who forms a deep connection and will be your shadow. Sandy is also a playful girl at heart! She loves a good game of fetch and will happily entertain herself with finding treasures (pinecones and sticks). She enjoys running and stretching her legs, so a home with a fenced yard would make her very happy. She's also a great car ride companion and is always up for an adventure by your side. Sandy is looking for a calm, quiet home where she can continue to build her confidence at her own pace. She can be a timid when meeting new people, but with patience she warms up and shows her sweet nature. She thrives on companionship and would likely do best in a home where she isn't left alone for long periods. When she is alone, she loves using her crate as her safe space.
