✨ Meet the lovely Lyra! This sweet girl was discovered at one of our volunteers' hunting camps, and boy, did they hit the jackpot! Lyra is a gorgeous silver lab mix, and at just about a year old and weighing in at 42 pounds, she's got a heart as big as her playful spirit! 💖 This delightful pup is as sweet as they come. She’s soft, gentle, and submissive, making her an ideal friend for anyone looking for a loving companion. And guess what? She gets along beautifully with both dogs and cats! 🐾 Imagine the joyful chaos—playdates and snuggles galore! Lyra is currently doing fabulously well in her foster home, adjusting like a champ! She’s up to date on her vaccinations, heartworm negative (test results are below detectable levels), and spayed. What a catch! 🏆 While adopters should note that all dogs have a $195 adoption fee, which covers a vet check, age-appropriate shots, dewormer, heartworm test (if over 6 months), rabies (if at least 16 weeks), and their spay/neuter, there’s no fee to apply and our adoptions aren’t on a first-come, first-served basis! 📅 But keep in mind, every pup needs a little time to find their footing in a new environment—accidents can happen, even with the best-trained furry friends. Adoption applications are processed thoughtfully, and you can *apply through the Buddy App* to give Lyra her forever home!
