Hi everyone! I'm Duke, a 2 1/2 month-old Lab mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart. I'm already neutered, microchipped, and ready to start my next adventure with a forever family. I'm great with kids and other dogs, so I'd fit right in with a busy, love-filled home. I'm crate trained and starting to potty train, which means I'm already working hard on my good-boy skills. I'm affectionate, playful, and always ready to make someone smile. If you're looking for a loyal sidekick who's equal parts cuddle buddy and playmate, I might just be your guy. I can't wait to meet my forever family. Our adoption process is usually quick but may take up to two weeks. When you find an animal you are interested in, we ask that you fill out an application on our website, PawsUp4Rescue.org/adopting as a first step so we can determine if your family is a good fit for the animal. If you are, then we will contact you to arrange a time for you and your family to meet the animal so you can decide if it is a good fit. If you currently have dogs, we require them to be present at the meeting to ensure it's a good fit all around. Once compatibility is determined, we move on to the paperwork and finalize the adoption. If the meet is not a good fit, we will keep your application on file for 6 months and will gladly consider your family for another dog.
