Fedora was transferred to the NHSPCA from an overcrowded shelter in Texas. He is exceptionally confident & friendly - Fedora thinks that he owns every room that he walks into, and he's pretty sure he owns all the people in it, too! Fedora loves people & attention so much that he will climb up your pantleg to get petting if you are not giving him the petting that he is asking for. He loves to sit on your chest and lovingly headbutt your face and give kisses while you pet him. Fedora also enjoys the company of other cats and lived with other cats in his previous home.
