Noah is here to build an ark… of toys, friendships, and eventually, your entire heart. This 1-year-old Australian Shepherd is a perfectly medium 28 pounds of fluffy potential, soft eyes, and “I’m trying my best, okay?” energy. He may not arrive two-by-two, but he does come with a built-in best friend—his brother Eli—and a whole lot of quiet charm. Now, Noah is the more introverted half of this dynamic duo. He’s not the life-of-the-party type, and honestly, that just makes him more interesting. While some dogs burst into a room like they own it, Noah prefers to take a thoughtful pause, read the vibe, and then decide how he’d like to proceed. It’s not shyness—it’s discernment. He’s a dog with standards. Where Noah truly shines is with other dogs. He absolutely loves them. Big dogs, small dogs, chaotic zoomie dogs—he’s ready to be part of the pack. If you’ve got a confident canine at home, Noah will happily enroll as their loyal sidekick, emotional support buddy, and occasional partner in toy-related mischief. Speaking of toys, he’s a fan. Toss one his way and watch him come to life like it’s his personal calling. And water? Oh, Noah is fully prepared for his flood era. Splashing, wading, exploring—if there’s water involved, he’s intrigued and ready to participate. It’s giving “ark-adjacent,” and he’s committed to the theme. Because he’s still very much a puppy in both brain and spirit, Noah is looking for a family willing to invest a little time into his training. Think of him as a smart, sensitive student who just needs a patient teacher. He’s not behind—he’s just taking the scenic route to being an exceptional dog. With consistency, encouragement, and a few treats (okay, several), Noah is going to absolutely thrive. He’s already neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and tested negative on his 4DX for heartworm and tick-borne disease, so all the important boxes are checked. What’s left is finding the right home that sees his quieter nature not as a limitation, but as the beginning of a really special bond. If you’re looking for a thoughtful, sweet, slightly shy pup who will reward your patience with deep loyalty (and probably some very cute water antics), Noah is ready to make landfall straight into your life.
