AvailableHooplah & Ruckus are a pair of medium-sized, spayed female Domestic Short Hair kittens currently living in Brooklyn, NY. They are house trained and have quickly learned the rhythms of home life, adjusting well to cozy routines. Both are still young and full of playful energy, just starting to show the full range of their confident personalities as they settle into safe indoor living.
About Hooplah & Ruckus
Hooplah and Ruckus were scooped up as tiny kittens from a hectic street in Fort Greene and their personalities have unfolded in the safety of a home ever since. Hooplah, the runt, used to rely on her bolder sibling when she was small—skittish and wary of people. With gentle coaxing and time, she flipped the script: now she’s the fearless adventurer, determined to investigate every corner, under and over, announcing herself with cheerful, bird-like coos. Her playful streak is matched by her affection for rolling over, especially if there are Temptations treats in sight. Ruckus contrasts her sister’s energy with a mellow presence—she’s happiest lounging on the bed, cozy and content. Her coat features a striking pattern and she’s always up for a friendly wrestle with her sister, though both can still be shy around fast movements or unfamiliar people. Patience works wonders; quiet approaches (even from the couch or the floor) are rewarded with purring snuggles—though they’re firm about snuggling when it suits them, not on demand. Both kittens have a gentle way of respecting your routine. If you’re resting, they will too; if you’re up and about, they’ll happily trail along for play or companionship. Their main request? A warm, safe spot to call their own. Give them a little time, and they’ll reward you with both heart and humor. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
