Stella
AvailableStella is a brindle Pit Bull Terrier living in Cheyenne, WY. She’s an adult female at about 1 year and 9 months old and has been spayed. Stella’s vaccinations are up to date and she is known for her friendly, playful spirit. She’s happiest when both her mind and body are kept active.
About Stella
Stella is finishing up a 9-week intensive training program where she has learned commands like "sit," "down," and "shake." She will need her new family to keep up with regular training to reinforce her good habits, but she's already proven herself bright and eager. Stella loves the company of other dogs and people; she takes a little time to warm up but quickly bonds once she feels safe. She’s playful and still learning when to dial back her energy, so active homes will be a good fit—especially if there’s play or walk time built into the day. Stella is crate trained and stays quiet when left alone. When meeting cats, she’s shown some curiosity but also respected their boundaries, so a cautious, supervised introduction could work in a cat household. Look for her to graduate at the start of May, ready to move on from training to a permanent family. She’s ready for someone who will continue her progress and let her personality shine.
