About Cheddar

Cheddar is a graduate of a 9-week obedience and agility program where she picked up commands like 'sit', 'down', and 'shake'. Her training will need to be reinforced in her new home to stick, but she’s proven she can pick up new skills quickly. Cheddar is smart and sweet, splitting her time between lively bursts of energy and lounging by your feet for a cuddle. She’s not shy about sharing her opinions but has a knack for listening, too. She enjoys playing with other dogs—especially those on the calmer side—but sometimes needs a nudge to remember to take it easy when excitement ramps up. Rope toys and balls are her favorites. Cheddar seems to be house-trained and does well in her kennel when left alone. Her experience with cats is unknown. Fun fact: with her August 25th birthday, Cheddar is a Virgo—expect a dog with her own sense of order. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
