Bernie is the kind of dog who doesn’t need to be the loudest in the room to be noticed—he’s got a quiet charm that just pulls you in. At 2 years old, this Havanese and Schnoodle Mix carries himself with an easygoing confidence and a soft, thoughtful sweetness. Found in Highland on Easter with Bessie and Birdie, Bernie seems to have taken it all in stride. He’s observant, gentle, and the type who bonds deeply—once you’re his person, you’re his person. He enjoys the simple things: a calm walk, a cozy spot beside you, a little affection that turns into a lot. No fuss, no drama—just a genuinely good dog ready for a steady, loving home. Bernie isn’t trying to steal the spotlight… but somehow, he does. We hold an event every weekend at our facility on SATURDAY and SUNDAY 11-5pm and open to the public. It is first come first serve we do not evaluate applications prior to an event. If there are multiple interested parties in the same dog or puppy at the same time we would pick the best out of the 10 applications.
