Meet Chicopee! Chicopee is an orange and white 4 year old spayed female cat. Chicopee is a very nervous and shy little lady looking for a calm and patient adopter who can give her a wonderful home where she can feel comfortable enough to be herself. Chicopee would do best in a home with a confident cat that can make her feel comfortable in her new environment and hopefully help her come out of her shell. She could potentially live with a very calm and quiet small dog with proper introductions and should live in an only adult home. Initially she is very reserved, she starts off with a hiss because she is nervous gal but once you spend time with her, she'll allow you to give her gentle pets. She's still learning that people aren't so scary. In a home environment, she will most likely be good with whoever is in the home but, when guests come over she will probably hide. When being introduced to your home, it'll be beneficial for her to be in a small space at first and as she gets used to being there, gradually expand her environment to other parts of your home.
