About Romeo

Romeo and his littermate Juliet are the only survivors from a litter in Bethel, now about 6.5 weeks old as of mid-April. Romeo is tan, outgoing, and adjusting quickly to life indoors in his foster home. He eagerly explores new spaces and is already using potty pads and venturing outside often. Sharing a foster with a small dog, Romeo gets along well with his companion. He hasn’t met young children or cats yet, but at this age, with patience and guidance, he’s flexible enough to adapt and thrive. Like any young pup, Romeo is ready for a home that understands the work ahead—plenty of house training, socialization, crate time, and daily routines. Expect a typical puppy learning curve and a whole lot of sweetness in the process. Romeo’s adoption process requires a home visit and the dog must be met in person; KPAL Rescue does not ship or allow third-party transport. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!

Questions about Romeo

  • What type of living environment is this breed usually best suited for?
