About Dior

Hi future family! Thanks for clicking on my profile—it really means a lot. I’m a pretty distinguished girl (if I do say so myself) who’s still learning how great life can be. Every day I get a little more comfortable and start to understand what it means to be loved. My foster family says I’m super cute, and I won’t argue with that. I’ve got a sweet side, a playful side, and I tend to win people over pretty quickly. I’m looking for a home without little kids since I don’t always love being handled, and I’d rather be your only pet. I can be a bit bossy with other dogs and like having my own space. I’d love a family who will keep helping me grow, hang out with me, and enjoy the little things—walks, sunshine, and just being together. If you think we might be a good fit, I’d really love to meet you.We do not have a facility for you to visit. You are welcome to email ccrcdogs@ccrcdogs.com with specific questions, but please complete the online application, which can be found at www.ccrcdogs.com, to secure your position in line for one of our dogs. You can also find a description of our process on that same page. Puppies will not be available to be seen until their 10-day quarantine has passed. Our adoption fees are listed on our website and cover the cost of the spay/neuter, age-appropriate shots and tests, medications to bring the dog to full health, and a free visit with one of our approved vets after adoption. Most dogs at CCRC are obtained from animal control centers so there is often very little known about their history or current habits. You can always expect to do some training, regardless of whether you adopt a dog or a puppy, including crate training, house training, and basic manners. CCRC has a variety of materials and resources to assist you with this, and we have trainers who will offer free phone/email support.
