Hi, I'm Serena, a 2 year old hound mix with a sweet heart, a playful streak, and a real talent for snuggling close. At 35 pounds, I'm a wonderful in between size, easy to take along on adventures and just as happy to curl up beside you when the day winds down. I came to the rescue as a stray, but these days I'm focused on the good stuff, like making new friends and soaking up affection. I'm the kind of girl who can have some fun and then happily settle in for cuddle time. I've tested well with other dogs, and when I met cats, I didn't mind them at all, I just went about my business. That easygoing nature makes me a lovely fit for someone who wants a friendly companion with a soft side.
