Despite her size, this gal absolutely loves going on walks, loves romping around in the fenced in play yards, and plays fetch like a pro!! Koda…. -needs an adopter dedicated to helping her lose a few pounds -is great out and about with other dogs, (she’s even done well in play groups and pack walks) but best in a home in which she’s the only canine -large breed experience is a bonus -a fenced in yard- another bonus with her size -any children in her new home should be 12+ due to her size -deserves a wonderful home!!!! Koda needs a chance at finally finding her forever home. She so deserves this!! No appointment is necessary to adopt. Adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis, by visiting the shelter. Applications are not accepted in advance, but will be filled out upon adoption. If you have another dog and/or children in your family and are interested in adopting a FAPL dog, please bring them with you for a meet and greet. Please bring a copy of lease agreement if you rent home/apartment. All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are dewormed, microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Dogs 7 months and older are heartworm tested. Upon visiting FAPL, if you don’t see a particular dog you are looking for that is on the website, please ask at the front desk.
