About Flash
Flash is a 6- to 8-month-old German Shepherd mix with long legs and a big, goofy heart. He's currently about medium-sized with a dark, handsome coat and is still figuring out all the ins and outs of home life. Flash thrives when he has another dog around; a confident canine companion will help him come out of his shell and learn faster. He absolutely loves to play with other dogs and is friendly with children, though he's still learning not to get too excited (barking is just part of his play routine). He's working hard on potty training—accidents will happen at first, but he catches on with patient guidance. Flash is a loyal boy who takes some time to trust, but once he does, he really bonds. He can be tempted by running cats and needs a dog-savvy cat in his life, preferably one who’ll set boundaries. Chew toys are a must, and anything left lying around could become fair game, so a tidy home is safest. He likes head pets once he gets to know you, but prefers chin scratches while he's still warming up. Flash is looking for people who understand that trust takes time and who enjoy a little goofiness in their daily routine. If you’re looking for a fun, loving pup with tons of potential (and some adorable ears), Flash just might be your match. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
