Blanche
AvailableBlanche is a large, adult female Labrador Retriever/mixed breed currently living in Elk Grove Village, IL. She’s fully house trained and has been spayed for her health and comfort. Blanche is adjusting well in her foster setting, showing good manners and the ability to be left alone while her caretakers are out. She would truly enjoy joining a home that can offer ample playtime and a bit of loving companionship.
About Blanche
Blanche survived a tough start in Alabama and made a long journey to Illinois, thanks to dedicated volunteers. She’s now safe and settling into foster life, coexisting happily with two adult humans and two dog sisters. Blanche is fully housebroken, does well in her crate, and enjoys exploring a fenced yard or joining a leashed walk around the neighborhood. She thrives with dog companions—having another playful pup in the home brings out her best side. While she hasn’t spent time with cats or young children, she should do fine in homes with older kids. Blanche is affectionate and loves to cuddle with her foster mom, drawing praise as a sweet and loving dog. She’s content to nap in her crate when left alone during the workday. A fenced yard is a nice bonus for Blanche, but what really matters to her is a home ready to offer attention and canine company. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
