Meet Wilbur! Wilbur is a sweet, curious, good listener who loves to play and lay outside, play fetch, run and play around with his foster brother pup. Wilbur has done excellent with potty training at his foster house and uses the doggie door like a pro! He has been a fast learner and is good at redirection when learning puppy manners (mostly working on gentle mouthing and jumping).Wilbur has been quite independent as he likes to be near his people without being overly affectionate and seems to enjoy some solo play/chill time outside. Wilbur has done well with intentional intros to strangers with treats and toys around to play with. He has barked at some new people when first meeting them and has responded well to having space, treats and distractions on first meeting.Wilbur would love a pup sibling and an active family or access to a fenced yard. Wilbur has the perfect mix of puppy play and chill energy. He rides in the car with no complaints or worries! He is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, flea, heartworm prevention, and his adoption fee is $250. Apply to meet and adopt Wilbur at mpravl.org!
