AvailableOmega is a small, spayed, female Chihuahua/Border Terrier mix. At about five months old, she is still a baby learning about her surroundings. She is currently in West Richland, WA, and loves the companionship of dogs and children.
About Omega
Omega was born right into rescue on December 13th, making her a spirited Sagittarius pup. She’s the lone female in her terrier-mix litter, just starting to figure out the world at around five months old. Omega is lively, lovable, and quick to show her playful side. Right now, Omega is pad trained and sleeps comfortably in her crate, but she’ll depend on her family to help her master leash walks and commands. She’s the kind who thrives around other dogs and, given her age, will likely adjust well to cats. Omega is expected to stay small—her mom is just 12 pounds—so families with kids over age five are preferred to keep everyone safe. A home with a fully fenced yard will be given special consideration to let her play safely. Omega is eager to find her forever spot in West Richland, WA. Ready to fall in love? How much outdoor space does this breed typically need?
A secure, small- to medium-sized yard is ideal for Omega, though regular walks and playtime suffice. This mix doesn’t require extensive outdoor space but benefits from a fenced yard for safe exploration.
Is this breed typically suitable for homes with children?
Omega’s breed mix is generally good with children, especially those who are gentle and understand a small dog's boundaries. Since Omega is tiny, a home with kids over five is a safer fit.
