About Donut
Donut is a sweet Labrador/Border Collie mix with a gentle spirit and a history of resilience. After coming from a neglect situation and raising her litter in a safe foster home, every one of her puppies has been adopted. Itās finally Donutās turn to find her own family. Sheās loyal and sensitive, preferring a slow approach to new people, but once she feels secure, Donut is an affectionate companion who loves cuddles and close company. Sheās developed some protective instincts, so a confident, reassuring adopter will mean a lot to her as she continues settling into regular life. Donut currently shares her foster space with cats and has lived with dogs before, though sheāll need careful introductions with other pets. She may prefer being the only animal at home ā the rewards of human affection are still very new and special to her. Athletic and clever, Donut can leap a 5-foot fence, but she only wants back inside and never runs away. Sheāll do best in a calm household with high fencing or leash walks, supervised yard time, and plenty of gentle understanding. Born May 12th, Donut is a Taurusāa sign known for loyalty and loving comfort. If you want a devoted companion and can offer kindness and patience as Donut continues to blossom, sheās waiting to meet you. Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today.
