Lowen is a 1-year-old boy who came from a hoarding situation. He's still shy and a bit timid as he adjusts to a new world, but he's making progress every day. With patience, love, and a calm environment, Lowen is slowly learning to feel safe. We're hopeful he'll continue to gain confidence, come out of his shell, and discover that he doesn't need to be scared anymore. He just needs someone willing to give him the time and kindness he deserves.
