Kyle
AvailableKyle is a Turkish Van, senior female cat with a beautiful black and white medium-length coat. She’s about 13 years and 4 months old, spayed, fully vaccinated, and house trained. Kyle is FeLV+, so she needs to be the only cat in your home unless others are FeLV+ as well. She is special needs due to her health status and unique personality. Sunnyvale, CA is where she is currently located. As an Aquarius, Kyle’s independent streak fits her sign perfectly.
About Kyle
Kyle has a strong personality and isn’t shy about showing both her sweet and spunky sides. She’ll curl up in your lap when she’s comfortable and seek you out for affection, but she’s never lost her feisty streak—sometimes responding with scratches or bites if she feels overwhelmed or wants space. Over her years, Kyle has lived in busy homes, but she isn’t comfortable around the chaos of young children, which has led to her scratching and biting even unprovoked in her current environment. Kyle is FeLV+, so she’ll need to be your only cat unless you already have another FeLV+ cat. She’ll do best in a calm, adult-only home or possibly with older kids who understand boundaries and respect her independence. Patience is important—Kyle thrives with someone who knows cats and can read her moods. She’s currently doing well on Prozac, which has reduced her feistier moments, and she hasn’t had other health issues related to her diagnosis. Give her a calm spot to land, and she’ll reward you with companionship—on her own terms. Kyle is currently in Sunnyvale, CA. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
