Hi, I'm Eddie! I'm a 2yearold, 15lb Chihuahua blend, equal parts curious adventurer and loyal sidekick. I like being around my humans; on the couch, in the yard or simply sharing the same space. I'm clever, observant and always ready to join in on whatever the day brings. Favorite Things: Eddie loves spending time with his humans. He likes exploring outside, checking out new scents and being part of the daily routine. Toys? Meh. Companionship? Absolutely. He's affectionate, gentle and wonderfully social. Training & Manners: Eddie walks nicely on a leash, has good basic manners and sleeps happily in the people bed. He comes when called and settles beautifully once he knows the routine. He can be left alone for several hours and does well with a predictable schedule. Health & Care: Eddie is microchipped, neutered and up to date on vaccinations. Like all dogs, he'll need monthly heartworm and flea/tick preventatives. Grooming is simple: regular baths and nail trims. Other Animals: Eddie does well with calm dogs and enjoys their company. He hasn't met cats yet but his foster thinks he'd likely be fine. He has a playful interest in birds and small critters, though he's easily redirected. Children: This gentle, patient boy does well with children of all ages. Ideal Home: Eddie does best with people who are home often and appreciates having a relaxed dog around. Since he has a little wanderlust, he'll need a singlefamily home with a securely fenced yard. Overall: Eddie has blossomed into a cheerful, loving companion who fits right into family life.
