Meet Drago 6 months old. Shepherd mix. And already... he’s been through more than any puppy should. When Drago ended up at the shelter, his previous owners didn’t come running to get him, they told staff to just euthanize him because they didn’t want to pay the reclaim fee. Let that sink in. Thankfully, one of our amazing partners stepped in just hours before that could happen, and Drago made his way safely to us. Now it’s our turn to make sure the rest of his story is the one he deserves. ❤ï ̧ But we’re going to be real with you—Drago isn’t a “plug and play” puppy. It’s clear he hasn’t had much (if any) indoor life or structure. He currently believes: Counters = free snack bar Personal space = optional Kids = exciting, love them! Dogs = BEST THING EVER... but play manners? Never heard of them This boy plays HARD and LOVES it. He’s energetic, strong, and absolutely not a “short walk around the block” kind of dog.
