From Joji's foster mom, Rhonda: Joji is such a sweet, gentle boy who clearly loves being around people. He likes to hang out nearby and will happily come over for pets and attention when you’re sitting down or relaxing. He came from a large group of friendly cats and had likely been outside for a while. When he got here, his fur had burrs and mats that needed some extra care, and he was so patient and trusting through all of it. You can tell he really appreciates being comfortable and cared for now. He’s very affectionate and absolutely loves attention. He’s also a big biscuit maker with his fluffy paws, and one of my favorite things is how he puts his front paws up like he’s asking for a hug. It’s incredibly sweet and always makes me smile. Joji has a calm, friendly personality and settled in easily. He gets along well with other cats and has a nice balance of enjoying attention and then just relaxing nearby. I think he would do really well in a calm, loving home with someone who has time to spend with him and give him the attention he enjoys. He should also be a great fit in a home with older children.
