About Remington

Remington just arrived from the Chesapeake Animal Shelter after her previous owners could no longer keep up with her care. At about 13 years old, she’s easing into her foster home and showing resilience typical of a senior wanting a fresh start. Her vision seems a bit compromised—there’s some cloudiness in her eyes—but she manages well and isn’t fully blind according to her foster. Remington is already spayed, microchipped, and has her vaccines current. She’s not yet house trained. The rescue is still getting a sense of her temperament, but she’s settling in quietly and deserves a safe, comfortable retirement. If you’re someone who loves seniors and wants to see a little poodle thrive outside of the shelter system, Remington might be your next companion. Click apply to start the adoption process.
