Meet Summer, our sweet little terrier mix looking for her forever home! This 2 year old, 15lb girl may be a bit shy when you first meet her, but give her a little time and she'll quickly warm up, coming over to say hello with a wagging tail and full-body wiggles that are impossible not to love. She's incredibly gentle and quiet, rarely barking, and happiest when she's curled up beside you just enjoying your company. She has a mellow, low-energy personality that makes her a perfect companion for a calm home. She loves her chew toys, enjoys playing with other dogs, and has shown the most nurturing, loving side as a mom to a litter of puppies she's currently being fostered with. She's also wonderful with kids, gentle, patient, and happy to be around them, making her a great fit for a family environment. She's still building confidence outside, so she currently uses weewee pads indoors and is making progress at her own pace.
