He has a loud classic basset hound bark (IYKYK) and is an excellent counter surfer, so watch out for your snacks when this goofball is around! Copper is crate trained and potty trained. Copper came to BRAT when his previous owner suddenly needed to care for his father in another state and was unable to give Copper the time and attention he needs.
