Pookie is a female, 12 lb., cream and white Terrier mix. Her estimated date of birth is September 23, 2023. Pookie came to ARF back in March with her 4, four-week-old puppies after her owner could no longer care for the little family. Pookie has been a wonderful Mom to her puppies who are now almost 10 weeks old. Pookie will be available for adoption in the next few weeks once she is spayed. She is now available for pre-adoption. She is a sweet girl who loves to be around her foster Mom and gets along with all the dogs in the home. She is a very happy dog and will do the "Happy Dance" when she gets excited. She is potty trained and crate trained but also enjoys a night or two away from her puppies to share her foster Mom's bed. Pookie would be an excellent family dog with her sweet demeanor and playfulness. She enjoys being outside in the backyard laying in the sunshine, so a home with a yard would be ideal for her. Pookie has a $250.00 adoption fee that includes neuter/spay, vaccinations and micro chip. Note: ARF reserves the right to deny any application that is deemed unsuitable for the animal.
