This is Sweetie! She was rescued just in the Nov of time as they were going to euthanize her because she is old and emaciated. She is 9yo and her owner kept her tied and clearly did not feed her. He dumped her at the shelter and left her to die. Thanks to a medical donor, a committed foster and networker Sweetie gets to live!!!
