Moose is a large, adult neutered male Mastiff with a white or cream-colored coat, currently in Manhattan Beach, CA. He’s house trained and around 2 and a half years old. Moose has been neutered, adding to his readiness for a new home.

About Moose

Moose has spent some time at the rescue waiting for the right people to come along. He's not outgoing at first, preferring to size people up and settle in at his own pace. But with some patience (and a treat or two), Moose opens up into a big, goofy companion who doesn't quite grasp his own size. He’s all bounce and prance once he’s comfortable, sort of like a show horse in a Mastiff body. He gravitates toward calm, low-key energy in other dogs and prefers an environment that isn’t over the top. Walks are welcome, but don’t be surprised if Moose lets you know when he’s ready to head back home. He’s house trained, crate trained, and well-mannered on leash. A quiet home with a yard and patient people would make Moose happiest. Given time, he’ll show you his best side and settle in for good. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
