About Queso C

Hi there! I'm Queso-a soft, sweet boy with a big love for food, zoomies, and cozying up in my favorite spot by the fireplace. My favorite things in life include wand toys, tunnels, and anything that moves (seriously, I'm not picky!). I don't really "meow" like most kittens-instead, I make the cutest little musical, piccolo-like sounds when I want to chat. Lately, things have been a bit lonely since my brothers, Salsa and Pico, found their forever homes, so I'd really love a home with another young cat to play with and snuggle up next to for naps. I'm not quite a lap cat yet, but if you scoop me up, I'm more than happy to settle in and purr away in your arms. I'm fully litter box trained, neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all my vaccinations. I've done well with children over 5, and while I haven't met younger kids or dogs yet, I think I could do just fine with gentle, patient introductions. ---- Want to adopt a kitten? We highly recommend you consider bringing home two instead of one! Adopting kittens in pairs has been proven to be beneficial for cats' emotional and behavioral well-being and greatly improves the likelihood of long-term adopter happiness as a result. Adopting more than one kitten also reduces the risk of "Single Kitten Syndrome" (also known as Tarzan Syndrome), a symptom of under-socialization during a kitten's most formative weeks. Kittens who are under-socialized may develop aggressive tendencies toward both other animals and humans as they grow, creating lifelong behavioral issues for owners.
