Growing girl alert!!! Our little lady, Cortina, in her feather boa was born on Halloween, which makes sense because she love to dress up! What doesn’t make sense though is why in the world she hasn’t received any adoption applications. She is growing up to be the most perfectly petite medium pup. Cortina is sweet, cuddly, and smart.
