Meet Stormi, this sweet bully mix girl is approximately 4 to 5 years old. Her owner recently passed away, and no one knew for days. Right now, she is very skeletal from going without food for quite some time, but she is gradually putting weight on. She currently weighs 40 pounds and should probably be about 55-60.
