SUSAN 1 year, spayed female, 21 lbs Terrier mix LIKES: Loves having a companion dog to play with. Loves going outside. PERSONALITY TRAITS: Susan is shy, quiet and a very sweet girl. She is slow to trust, but will attach to person when she feels safe. Not a barker, but will whine talk to you when she is excited or scared. Gets along with other dogs well. POTTY TRAINING STATUS: She is doing well when let outside on regular basis. She will use potty pads inside when necessary. CRATE TRAINING STATUS: Susan does okay in crate when necessary. Does not like crate at night and wants to be in room with person at night. Doesn't sleep in bed at foster home, but sleeps near bed. EXTRAS/MISC.: Susan needs a home with fenced yard, another dog for companionship and playtime. Older kids would be okay. She is a bit independent and comes to you when she needs love and snuggles. Susan does ok on leash and enjoys walking, but will need time first to develop a bond with her humans before she is ready to go on walks. She gets overwhelmed with groups of people, and needs an enviroment that is fairly calm. She would likely do best with another dog that she can build trust from.
