Pedro is a 3-year-old very friendly, affectionate and happy-go-lucky kind of kitty, who is always happy to engage with his people. He comes over when called by his name and seems to know how well "Pedro" suits him! He is a striking tabby and white male with big paws, huge eyes, and a long and lanky body. Despite weighing at least 13 pounds, he is not overweight. He is chatty- but not excessively loud- although he has a pleasingly loud purr. Pedro enthusiastically welcomes pets and cuddles but can get a little over-stimulated by a longer petting session. He would do best in a home with adults or with teens who would be able to read his body language, respect his cues and know when to stop engaging. Pedro needs some level of companionship, and would not be happy if left alone all day. He would likely do well around another friendly cat with a similar energy level. However, Pedro is not too good with boundaries and irritates his foster mom's other cats who are calmer and like their own space. He loves his food and treats equally. His favorite foods are varieties of Royal Canin and Purina Pro Plan Complete Essentials, canned and dry, which have contributed to his silky, soft and vibrant coat of fur. All in all, Pedro is a unique and charming cat with a 'purrsonality' to match his size. He deserves a good home where he will be loved and cherished.
