Meet Tulip, Tulip was recently surrendered with her mom and sister due to financial issues. Tulip is the explorer out of the litter.  She has just about explored every single inch of the foster room. She is a very curious cat. And she's confident too.  When her mom carried her off when they were first rescued, Tulip didn't want to be part of it and immediately started checking her new digs.
