Pancho is a curious and active boy. He has a scar shaped line on his face which makes him look like his outlaw name (or Harry Potter?). He also has an orange patch under his chin. He does great with all his siblings as well as his foster's five year old orange boy. He loves to play tag and climb. Pancho is also micro-chipped. Pancho has had no exposure to kids.
