About Bunny
Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started. Meet Bunny, a dog whose journey speaks to her incredible resilience. Once struggling to survive in Mississippi with only rocks and debris to soothe her hunger, Bunny was rescued by a Good Samaritan and found the comfort of a loving foster home—where her true spirit began to shine. Now thriving in Connecticut, she’s proven to be a medium-sized sweetheart at around 45 pounds and roughly 3 years old. Bunny is both dog-friendly and cat-savvy, making her a stellar candidate for a multi-pet household. She thrives on her daily walks, handles the leash beautifully, and loves sniffing out new adventures. Though a bit shy at first, Bunny blossoms quickly—especially when treats are involved, revealing her affectionate, gentle, and playful nature. She enjoys a perfect mix of play and relaxation, eager to chill with you on the couch after a fun outing. This lovely pup is house trained, comfortable in her crate, and respectful with senior cats when boundaries are observed. While she may be a little “nippy” when unsure, she just needs a home with adults or older children who understand her boundaries and can help her grow in confidence. Bunny deserves a home where she will always feel secure, loved, and never have to worry again. Could you be the one to give her that forever happiness? Make their next chapter their best one yet.
